To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sodium salvianolic acid A for injection in myocardial protection in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

1. To evaluate the tolerability, safety and pharmacokinetic characteristics of single-dose sodium salvianolic acid A for injection in healthy subjects, and to investigate the effects of two solvents; 2. To evaluate the tolerability, safety and pharmacokinetic characteristics of multiple-dose sodium salvianolic acid A for injection in healthy subjects, and to preliminarily evaluate the pharmacodynamics; 3. To investigate the incidence of positive skin test results of sodium salvianolic acid A for injection.

To explore the allergic reaction of SAA to skin tests in healthy Chinese subjects and establish a scientific and standardized skin test protocol.
