Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on stability of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods: According to the random number table method, 106 cases of stabilization of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in our hospital were grouped into control group and intervention group.Control group received oxygen inhalation, resolving phlegm and other conventional treatments and nursing.Intervention group was given combined Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine therapy. We observed two groups' curative effect, FEV1 and FEV1FVC before and after nursing. Results: Before nursing, two groups' FEV1, FEV1/FVC, HDAC activity in sputum, TNF-α and IL-8 were not significant (P > 0.05).After nursing, the control group's FEV1, FEV1/FVC, HDAC activity in sputum, TNF-α and IL-8 were (1.76 ± 0.089) L, (71.21 ± 5.98)%, (1.86 ± 0.09) m/g and (127.82 ± 26.12) ng/L, (221.71 ± 27.86) ng/L, and those of the intervention group were (1.85 ± 0.091) L, (74.21 ± 6.39)%, (2.09 ± 0.15) m/g, (121.73 ± 18.72) ng/L and (209.91.71 ± 22.79) ng/L (P < 0.05 ).The effect comparison were significant between treatment group and control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve patients' clin. symptoms, promote patients recovery and improve the effect of clin. treatment.
