Ground particle size is an important index parameter in the feed production process, which affects the nutritional value of feed, animal digestion and absorption, grinding cost, subsequent processing and product quality.Screen is the main accessories to control the particle size of the comminuted products, and also one of the main vulnerable parts of the feed hammer mill.At present, screen damage phenomenon is very common in feed production, affecting the quality of feed products processing,feed enterprises often through manual detection screen damage, there are many problems in the actual production process.This study designed a convenient and fast online screen breaking detector to realize the rapid identification and monitoring of screen breaking, aiming to provide a new idea and method for screen breaking identification of hammer mill in the course of feed crushing.

Design and Simulation Research on Mechanical Ventilation System for Small Underground Granary

The mechanical ventilation system of new type underground granary was designed and three wind pipe models with different length were investigated in this paper. Dynamic numerical simulation was applied for evaluating the cooling effect of mechanical ventilation of the granary. The simulation results, including temperature field, flow field and pressure field results, show that the cone shaped base of grain granary is better than flat shaped base. It is an optimal project that the main wind pipe opens with mesh only in the bottom. In addition, four vertical guide plates were set up around the main wind pipe, which have the function of saving energy and reducing consumption.

Research on Balancing Method for Inertia Force of Slider-Crank Mechanism with Small Linkage Ratio

In view of the difficult balance of inertia force for the slider-crank mechanism, on the basis of analyzing inertia force of the slider-crank mechanism, a new balancing method of inertia force was proposed for the slider-crank mechanism with small linkage ratio, the rotary mass and the moving mass had replaced the mechanism mass, the inertia force of rotary mass was balanced by rotary weight counterbalance, a spring was disposed by slider, it provided variable elastic force and balanced the inertia force of moving mass. Then the balancing method was analyzed deeply and the theoretical derivation was made, the results show that this balancing method would achieved approximately balance for inertia force of the slider-crank mechanism with small linkage ratio.
