The main purpose of this study is to see how well and how safely bimagrumab, tirzepatide, and the combination, work in lowering body weight in participants with obesity or overweight and type 2 diabetes. Participation in the study will last about 13 months.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the body concentration of different forms of bimagrumab, administered alone or with tirzepatide. Participation in the study will last about 4.5 months, including screening and follow-up.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bimagrumab and Tirzepatide, alone or in combination, in adults with obesity or overweight, with at least one obesity related comorbidity, without Type 2 Diabetes. The study will last about 70 weeks.
