To investigate the efficacy and safety of TQB2618 injection combined Penpulimab and chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of recurrent/metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma compared with Penpulimab combined chemotherapy.
The primary efficacy outcomes are progression free survival (PFS) and objective response rate (ORR).

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of TQB2618 injection combined with Penpulimab and chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of relapsed/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma compared to Penpulimab combined chemotherapy.
Progression-free survival (PFS) and objective response rate (ORR) were the primary efficacy endpoints.

This is a Phase II, open-label, multi-drug, multi-centre study designed to assess the efficacy, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of novel combination therapies in participants with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma.
