Compass Pathways to Join Cowen Psychedelics and Neuropsychiatry Summit

Additionally, Compass has completed an open-label phase 2 study of COMP360 for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and is now conducting a phase 2 study in anorexia nervosa.
