WT-1108

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of WT-1108 tablets after single and multiple administration in healthy adult subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of WT-1108 tablets after single and multiple administration in healthy adult subjects and the effect of food on the PK of oral WT-1108 tablets. Exploratory objective: To identify and determine the relative abundance of related metabolites of WT-1108 in humans.
