Enalapril Maleate/Folic Acid

Primary objective: To compare the blood concentration-time course and related pharmacokinetic parameters of two formulations of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets (before and after process change) in Chinese healthy subjects after fasting oral administration, and to prove the bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of the test formulation and reference formulation of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets after a single fasting oral administration in Chinese healthy subjects.

◆Main research objectives: To investigate the efficacy of different doses of folic acid in reducing homocysteine in hypertensive people with different genotypes of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase C677T, and to draw a dose-effect curve. ◆Secondary research objectives: (1) To investigate the efficacy of different doses of folic acid in increasing folic acid levels in hypertensive people with different genotypes of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase C677T, and to draw a dose-effect curve; (2) To evaluate the safety of different doses of folic acid during treatment and follow-up.
