XH-6003

Main research purpose: Evaluate the efficacy and safety of XH-6003 injection in the treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage and explore the optimal dose. Secondary research purpose: Obtain PK data of different doses of XH-6003 injection in patients with cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage. If the data permits, a dose-effect relationship evaluation will be conducted to explore the correlation between PK and efficacy and safety, and provide a basis for the design of Phase III clinical studies.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple-dose, multiple intravenous administration of XH-6003 injection in healthy Chinese adult subjects. Secondary objectives: (1) To investigate the pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of XH-6003 and its major metabolite (XH-6003-M) after multiple intravenous administration of XH-6003 injection. (2) To investigate the PK characteristics of XH-6003 and its major metabolite (XH-6003-M) in urine after multiple intravenous administration of XH-6003 injection.
