Primary objectives: (1) To explore the tolerability and safety of ZGGS18; (2) To explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ZGGS18 and determine the recommended dose for Phase II (RP2D)/subsequent recommended dose. Secondary objectives: (1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ZGGS18 in humans; (2) To explore the efficacy of ZGGS18; (3) To evaluate the immunogenicity of ZGGS18.
