主要目的：评价AC591颗粒预防接受辅助治疗结直肠癌患者因奥沙利铂化疗引起的外周神经病变的有效性。次要目的： 1) 评价AC591颗粒对使用奥沙利铂化疗的结直肠癌患者的生活质量影响； 2) 评价AC591颗粒对使用奥沙利铂化疗的结直肠癌患者的安全性影响。

[Translation]

Primary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of AC591 granules in preventing peripheral neuropathy caused by oxaliplatin chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer receiving adjuvant therapy. Secondary objectives: 1) To evaluate the effect of AC591 granules on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer receiving oxaliplatin chemotherapy; 2) To evaluate the safety of AC591 granules in patients with colorectal cancer receiving oxaliplatin chemotherapy.
