Using Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment as a control drug, a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel controlled clinical trial was conducted according to the superiority test clinical trial design to preliminarily evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the second-generation Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids with damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome.

This study intends to select healthy subjects and start from the minimum starting dose to observe the human body's tolerance to the second-generation Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment, including local anal safety and systemic safety indicators, to provide a safe dosage range for the formulation of the Phase II clinical trial plan for the second-generation Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment.
