Pegylated integrated interferon mutant (Beijing Tri-Prime Gene)

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of multiple doses of a novel integrated interferon mutant injection of polyethylene glycol in healthy adult subjects and patients with chronic hepatitis B, and to provide a theoretical basis for the dosing regimen of subsequent clinical trials.
