TQH2722

Primary objective To evaluate the efficacy of TQH2722 injection in the treatment of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) under background treatment. Secondary objective To evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics and immunogenicity of TQH2722 injection in the treatment of patients with SAR under background treatment. Exploratory objective To explore the effect of TQH2722 in the subgroup of patients with SAR and asthma; To explore the efficacy markers associated with TQH2722 injection.

Primary objectives: 1. To evaluate the efficacy of TQH2722 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe AD. Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the safety of TQH2722 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe AD; 2. To evaluate the improvement of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) of TQH2722 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe AD; 3. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of TQH2722 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe AD; 4. To evaluate the immunogenicity of TQH2722 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe AD.
