Primary objective To evaluate the effect of risedronate sodium tablets on axial bone density compared with alendronate sodium tablets; Secondary objective To evaluate the effect of risedronate sodium tablets on bone density, bone metabolism, muscle strength and fracture risk at fracture-prone sites compared with alendronate sodium tablets; to evaluate the safety of risedronate sodium tablets in clinical application

Main purpose: This study uses loratadine tablets (specification: 10 mg) developed by Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, loratadine tablets (specification: 10 mg, trade name: Claritin®) held by Bayer Pharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. are used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting/postprandial conditions. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation loratadine tablets and the reference preparation loratadine tablets (Claritin®) in healthy subjects.

Main purpose: Using pharmacokinetic parameters as the primary endpoint evaluation index, the pharmacokinetic behavior of the test preparation Palonosetron Hydrochloride Soft Capsules (manufacturer: Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Palonosetron Hydrochloride Soft Capsules (licensed by: Helsinn Birex Pharmaceuticals Ltd., trade name: Aloxi®) in healthy subjects after oral administration in the fasting/postprandial state was compared to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation Palonosetron Hydrochloride Soft Capsules and the reference preparation Palonosetron Hydrochloride Soft Capsules in healthy subjects.
