To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bawei Lidan Granules in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with stones (liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome), conduct dose exploration, and provide a basis for medication for Phase III clinical trials.

Healthy people were selected as subjects, starting from a safe initial dose, to observe the human body's tolerance to the domestic Class VI new drug Burdock and Qinlan Manyan Dropping Pills, determine the safe and tolerable human dose, understand the adverse reactions at this dose, and provide a safe dosage range for formulating the dosing regimen for the Phase II clinical trial of this product.

To preliminarily explore the safe and effective dose of Jiuganqing Capsule in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver (damp-heat accumulation syndrome), evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Jiuganqing Capsule in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver (damp-heat accumulation syndrome), and provide a basis for the formulation of a Phase IIb clinical trial plan
