The study is planned to fill the gaps regarding the effectiveness of sweeping of membranes versus expectant management in terms of spontaneous onset of labor and vaginal delivery in post-date primigravida.

Several studies globally have assessed the efficacy of terbinafine and itraconazole in the treatment of tinea capitis, but local data in this regard is scarce. Therefore, this study was planned with the aim of assessing the difference between the therapeutic efficacy of itraconazole pulse therapy and terbinafine in children with tinea capitis.

Literature search has shows that both ferric carboxymaltose and iron sucrose complex are equally effective. Unfortunately, local data addressing this issue is scarce. To get further local data, the current study was planned with the objective to compare the mean change in hemoglobin with ferric carboxymaltose and IV iron sources in anemic antenatal patients in our local population.
