The main purpose of the study is to study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation vortioxetine hydrobromide tablets (specification: 10 mg, licensed by Shanxi Yuanyang Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., produced by Shandong Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation vortioxetine hydrobromide tablets (Xindayue®, specification: 10 mg, produced by H.Lundbeck A/S) in healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of the test preparation vortioxetine hydrobromide tablets (specification: 10 mg) and the reference preparation vortioxetine hydrobromide tablets (Xindayue®) (specification: 10 mg) in healthy subjects.

Main research purpose: This study uses tadalafil tablets (specification: 5 mg) certified by Shanxi Yuanyang Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (manufacturer: Shandong Yuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) as the test preparation and tadalafil tablets (specification: 5 mg, trade name: Cialis®) produced by the original imported Lilly del Caribe, Inc. as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation when administered under fasting and postprandial conditions. Secondary research purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.
