Baicalin content during extraction and concentration of Nujin capsules were on line analyzed with sound and light adjustable filter-near IR spectroscopy.The extraction and concentration samples were on line collected, data of baicalin content was established, near IR spectra were collected at the same time, the correction model between near IR spectra and data of baicalin content was established with partial least square method, and contents of the predictive samples collected on line were predicted to confirm the established model.The correlation coefficient R2 of the correction model between near IR spectra and baicalin content data of reflux extract and concentrated solution was 0.9794 and 0.9855 resp., the prediction model correlation coefficient R2 of the external samples was 0.9969 and 0.9844 resp., and the average relative deviation was 4.46% and 4.76% resp.The precision of the method was 1.93% and 1.86% resp., the 5 h stability RSD was 1.16% and 1.07% resp., and the predictive recovery was 99.3% and 99.3% resp.Near IR spectroscopy used in anal. of baicalin content during extraction and concentration of Nujin capsules is rapid and direct, which could realize site anal.
