The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters of the test preparation metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets (specification: 500 mg, produced by Nanjing Yihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets (Glucophage® SR, specification: 500 mg, produced by Merck Serono Ltd) in healthy participants after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of the test preparation metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets (specification: 500 mg) and the reference preparation metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets (Glucophage® SR, specification: 500 mg) in healthy participants.

Primary objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation cefprozil dry suspension (specification: 125 mg/pack, produced by Nanjing Yihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation cefprozil dry suspension (specification: 125 mg/5mL; produced by Lupin Limited) in healthy subjects after single oral administration in fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in fasting and fed state. Secondary objective: To study the safety of the two preparations in healthy subjects.

Main study objectives To study the pharmacokinetics of a single oral dose of the test preparation Cefprozil Tablets (Specification: 250 mg/tablet, produced by Nanjing Yihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Cefprozil Tablets (Specification: 250 mg/tablet; produced by Lupin LTD) in healthy subjects in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary study objectives To study the safety of the test preparation Cefprozil Tablets 250 mg and the reference preparation Cefprozil Tablets 250 mg in healthy subjects.
