To study the optimum preparation technological process of Huangqin Qingfei Koufuye for mass production.

The optimum technology of extraction HCN from Semen Armeniacae Amarum was selected by experiments; The optimum conditions for the extraction process was selected with orthogonal design, and the content of baicalin in the extract as marker was determined.

The optimum technology of extraction HCN from Semen Armeniacae Amarum was as follows: crushing to pieces, adding 3 times amount of 37 degrees C water and soaking overnight, extracting and collecting 1.33 times amount of extract; the optimum extraction process wasas follows: extracting 2 times, each time adding 12 times amount of water and extracting 1 h.

The preparation technological process can be used for mass production.

Objective To simultaneously determine the content of amygdalin, hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xingsu Zhike mixture by HPLC.Methods The Diamonsil-C_(18) column(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min∼(-1), the column temperature was 25°C, and the detection wavelength was 207 nm(0-15 min), 283 nm(15-17 min), and 250 nm(27-45 min).Results The linearity of amygdalin, hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid was 0.2964-11.85 μg(r = 1.000), 0.1238-4.952 μg(r = 1.000), and 0.098 95-3.968 μg(r = 1.000) resp.The average recovery was 104.2%, 96.7%, and 97.6%.RSD was 1.4%, 2.2%, and 2.9%, resp.Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xingsu Zhike mixture

The content of sarsasapogenin in Xiandao granules was determined by TLC at 440 nm.Samples were dissolved in water, hydrolyzed with HCl for 3 h, extracted with chloroform, neutralized with a base, concentrated, and dissolved in chloroform again.The linear range was 0.515-3.090 μg μL^-1.The average recovery was 97.83% with RSD of 2.37%.
