Main purpose of the study: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose (fasting/after meals) of 15 mg of the test preparation oxazepam tablets and the reference preparation oxazepam tablets in healthy adult Chinese participants, and to preliminarily evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting/after meals conditions. Secondary purpose of the study: To evaluate the safety of a single oral dose of 15 mg (fasting/after meals) of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy adult Chinese participants.

Lorazepam tablets produced by Beijing Yimin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and lorazepam tablets (trade name: ATIVAN ®) produced by Bausch Health Companies Inc. were used as the reference preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, the pharmacokinetic behavior of lorazepam tablets in healthy Chinese subjects was compared to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations.

Primary objective: To compare the pharmacokinetic characteristics of nitroglycerin tablets (specification: 0.6 mg) produced by Beijing Yimin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and nitroglycerin sublingual tablets (reference preparation, trade name: Naijiaoning®, specification: 0.6 mg) produced by Pfizer Inc. in healthy subjects under fasting conditions, and to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation nitroglycerin tablets and the reference preparation nitroglycerin sublingual tablets (trade name: Naijiaoning®) in healthy subjects.
