Male healthy volunteers were selected as subjects to observe the time course of blood drug concentration of mitiglinide tablets developed by Jiangsu Suzhong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. after a single oral dose, and to estimate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters. Mitiglinide calcium tablets produced by Eisai (China) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the standard reference preparation to evaluate bioavailability and bioequivalence. The research results will be used to apply for new drug production registration.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefotaxime sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection (2:1) in the treatment of moderate to severe acute bacterial infections of the lower respiratory tract and urinary system, using cefotaxime sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection (4:1) as a positive control.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Longqi Capsule in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (Qi and blood stasis, phlegm and fluid blocking the lungs) compared with placebo, while taking Spirulina Capsule as the basic medication.
