Primary objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test formulation (100 mg, manufactured by Jiangxi Shanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation (trade name: Zejula®, 100 mg, licensee: Zai Lab (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) of niraparib tosylate capsules after multiple consecutive oral administrations under postprandial conditions to reach steady state, and to evaluate whether the two formulations are bioequivalent at steady state. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of the test formulation (100 mg) and the reference formulation (trade name: Zejula®, 100 mg) of niraparib tosylate capsules in cancer patients.

Primary Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of axitinib tablets (test formulation, 5 mg, manufactured by Jiangxi Shanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and reference formulation (trade name: Inritar®, 5 mg, licensed by Pfizer Europe MA EEIG) after a single oral administration under fasting conditions in healthy Chinese participants, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations under fasting conditions. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the safety of axitinib tablets (test formulation, 5 mg) and reference formulation (trade name: Inritar®, 5 mg) in healthy participants.

Primary Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of merogabarine besylate tablets (test formulation, 5 mg, manufactured by Jiangxi Shanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and a reference formulation (trade name: Tarlige®, 5 mg, licensee: DAIICHI SANKYO CO., LTD.) under fasting and postprandial conditions in healthy Chinese participants, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations under fasting and postprandial conditions. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the safety of merogabarine besylate tablets (test formulation, 5 mg) and a reference formulation (trade name: Tarlige®, 5 mg) in healthy participants.
