主要目的：比较空腹给药条件下哈药集团生物工程有限公司提供的克立硼罗软膏（规格：2%（30 g: 0.6 g））与Anacor Pharmaceuticals, LLC.持证的克立硼罗软膏（商品名：舒坦明®/Staquis®；规格：每克本品含20 mg克立硼罗（2%））在中国健康人群吸收程度和吸收速度的差异，评价两制剂的生物等效性。次要目的：评价空腹条件下，受试制剂与参比制剂在中国健康参与者体内的安全性及皮肤刺激性。

[Translation]

Primary Objective: To compare the absorption extent and rate of absorption of criborone ointment (2% (30 g: 0.6 g)) supplied by Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and criborone ointment (trade name: Staquis®; specification: 20 mg criborone (2%) per gram) certified by Anacor Pharmaceuticals, LLC. in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting administration conditions, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the safety and skin irritation of the test formulation and the reference formulation in healthy Chinese participants under fasting conditions.
