The pharmacokinetics of a single-dose oral test preparation, clarithromycin soft capsules (Zhuhai Jinhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., specification 0.25g/capsule), were investigated in humans, and the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation was evaluated using the marketed clarithromycin tablets (Clarithromycin, Abbott Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., Italy, 0.25g/tablet) as the standard reference preparation, providing a basis for the registration and marketing application of the drug.
