1. Using placebo as control, preliminarily evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Cistanche Runtong Oral Liquid for functional constipation (yang deficiency constipation); 2. Explore the optimal dose of Cistanche Runtong Oral Liquid for functional constipation (yang deficiency constipation) to provide a basis for dose selection in Phase III clinical trials; 3. Observe the safety of Cistanche Runtong Oral Liquid in clinical use.

To observe the safety and tolerability of single and continuous oral administration of Cistanche Runtong Oral Liquid in healthy subjects and explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), which is the recommended dose range for Phase II clinical trials.

(1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral administration of Naoqingzhiming tablets in healthy Chinese subjects, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and recommend an appropriate dosing dose (RP2D) for Phase II clinical trials. (2) To investigate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of Naoqingzhiming tablets in healthy Chinese subjects after single and multiple administration.
