Main study objectives Evaluate the safety and tolerability of oral LIT-00814 tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors. Determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of the drug. Secondary study objectives Evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of LIT-00814 tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors. Evaluate the preliminary efficacy of LIT-00814 tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors. Evaluate the relationship between biomarkers and the anti-tumor activity of LIT-00814 tablets.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral administration of different doses of LIT-00505 capsules in healthy Chinese subjects. Secondary objectives: 1. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral administration of different doses of LIT-00505 capsules in healthy Chinese subjects; 2. To evaluate the pharmacodynamic characteristics of single and multiple oral administration of different doses of LIT-00505 capsules in healthy Chinese subjects; 3. To preliminarily evaluate the PK/PD correlation of single and multiple oral administration of LIT-00505 capsules; 4. To evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetic characteristics of LIT-00505 capsules after single oral administration in healthy subjects; 5. To evaluate the material balance and metabolic transformation pathways of LIT-00505 capsules after single oral administration in healthy Chinese adult subjects.
