This Phase I clinical study is divided into two parts. Phase Ia aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic characteristics of HLK-6002 ointment of different strengths from low to high concentrations in healthy adult volunteers, and Phase Ib aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy and pharmacokinetic characteristics of HLK-6002 ointment of different strengths in patients with plaque psoriasis.
