Nimesulide granules produced by Hainan Lingkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and an equivalence test was conducted with nimesulide granules produced by Helsinn Birex Pharmaceuticals Ltd, which is marketed overseas, to compare the bioequivalence of the two preparations under the conditions of fasting and postprandial administration.

Loratadine tablets produced by Hainan Lingkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and fasting human bioavailability and bioequivalence studies were conducted with loratadine tablets (trade name: Claritin, reference preparation) produced by Shanghai Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to compare the bioequivalence of the two preparations.

Two specifications of pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets produced by Hainan Lingkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as test preparations, and an equivalence test was conducted with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets produced by Nycomed GmbH (reference preparation). The bioequivalence of the two test preparations was compared with the reference preparation.
