Primary objective: ? To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple doses of IMBZ18g in healthy Chinese subjects. Secondary objectives: ? To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of single and multiple doses of IMBZ18g in healthy Chinese subjects; ? To determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D); To evaluate the effect of a single dose of IMBZ18g on the QT interval in healthy Chinese subjects.

Primary objective: To evaluate the concentration and penetration rate of ASK0912 for injection in lung epithelial lining fluid and macrophages after bronchoalveolar lavage after multiple doses of intravenous infusion in healthy subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the plasma pharmacokinetic characteristics of ASK0912 for injection in healthy subjects. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple doses of intravenous infusion of ASK0912 for injection in healthy subjects.

Purpose of exploratory study: To explore the changes of early renal injury indicators compared with baseline after single-dose and multiple-dose administration of ASK0912 for injection. To explore the possible metabolites and metabolic pathways of ASK0912 for injection. To explore the dose-effect relationship between plasma drug concentration of ASK0912 and QTC interval after single-dose administration of ASK0912 for injection.
