Primary study objective: To evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of different concentrations of CF04 eye drops in the treatment of moderate to severe dry eye compared with placebo control in patients with moderate to severe dry eye. Secondary study objective: To evaluate the immunogenicity and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of CF04 in patients with moderate to severe dry eye.

Primary objectives: 1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CF04 eye drops after single and multiple administrations to healthy subjects. Secondary objectives: 1) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of CF04 eye drops after single and multiple administrations to healthy subjects; 2) To evaluate the immunogenicity of CF04 eye drops after single and multiple administrations to healthy subjects.
