Primary objective: To compare the pharmacokinetic behavior of the test preparation crisaborole ointment (licensed by: Hebei Hedu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation crisaborole ointment (licensed by: Anacor Pharmaceuticals, LLC., trade name: Sutanming®) in healthy subjects after external application in the fasting state, using pharmacokinetic parameters as the primary endpoint evaluation indicators, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary objectives: (1) To observe the safety of the test preparation crisaborole ointment and the reference preparation crisaborole ointment in healthy subjects; (2) To evaluate the skin reactivity of the test preparation crisaborole ointment and the reference preparation crisaborole ointment in healthy subjects.
