Healthy subjects were orally administered a single dose of the test preparation, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets (specification: 300 mg; produced by Hainan Zhongyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and a single dose of the reference preparation, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets (Viread, specification: 300 mg; produced by Aspen port Elizabeth (Pty) Ltd.) in the fasting and postprandial states, and the concentration of tenofovir in plasma was measured, the absorption rate and extent of the test preparation and the reference preparation were studied, and whether the test preparation and the reference preparation were bioequivalent was evaluated.
