To demonstrate the clinical non-inferiority of efficacy between Aesculus hippocastanum, Polygonum acre, Smilax Pepyracea, Rutin and Diosmin 450mg and Hesperidin 50mg tablets in the improvement of lower limb symptoms assessed by means of a 100mm visual scale (VAS) over 3 months among adult patients presenting with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs.

The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of a combination of aminobutyric acid, glutamic acid, calcium, thiamine, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin as adjuvant therapy for vertigo comparatively to ginger under a double-blind randomized study design.

This is an open-label, case control study of 180 patients presenting motion sickness, who will perform a motion sickness assessment questionnaire before and after treatment with dry ginger (Z. officinale) extract.
