The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate an interventional program that aims to strengthen hope in intensive care unit (ICU) patients in the rehabilitation phase. The main questions it aims to answer are:
To develop and implement a follow-up service to strengthen hope in ICU patients, and to evaluate the effect on hope in a stepped wedge randomized trial.
To identify possible predictive factors (facilitators and barriers) associated with hope.
Participants will be asked to take part in an ICU follow-up service, a "Hope Intervention" consisting of digital individual- and group conversations. The program will address topics that are important for hope, such as active involvement, social relationships, believes and thoughts of the future.
We will compare the level of hope between participants who have completed the "Hope Intervention" to those that have not yet completed the program.

This protocol describes a 6-month randomised, controlled exercise trial in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) with re-randomization after 3-months. The primary outcome of the trial (disease activity) will be evaluated at 3-months. The exercise programme on trial comprises high intensity interval training (HIIT), muscular strength exercise and aerobic physical activity sessions of specified duration, frequency, and intensity. It also includes brief knowledge videos to empower the patient. The intervention is remotely delivered by the SPARK application with personalised follow-up including monitoring to ensure exercise progression and adherence to exercise intensity. The SPARK application is built on a platform delivered by ABEL Technologies (trademark) and is customised for patients with axSpA.

This clinical trial compares two different prehabilitation programs, with no organized prehabilitation, prior to major colorectal cancer surgery. The prehabilitation programs include intensive and coached physical exercise and optimized nutritional intake coupled with smoking cessation, physiological support and correction of poly-pharmacy.
