(2) To evaluate the safety of amoxicillin capsules.

The pharmacokinetic characteristics of Febuxostat tablets in healthy volunteers after single and multiple administrations of Chengdu Rongyao Group Sichuan Changwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were studied, the absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination characteristics of the drug in the human body were explored, and its pharmacokinetic characteristics were clarified to provide a definite experimental basis for the clinical dosing regimen and dosage determination of Febuxostat tablets, and to provide a theoretical basis for the dosing regimen of Phase II clinical trials.

A randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled, multicenter clinical trial was conducted to verify the efficacy and safety of febuxostat tablets in the treatment of gout and hyperuricemia, using allopurinol tablets as the positive control.
