The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of different doses of REGEND001 autologous cell infusion preparations for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The secondary purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of different doses of REGEND001 autologous cell infusion preparations for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and recommend appropriate cell therapy doses for subsequent clinical studies.
