/ RecruitingNot ApplicableIIT Traditional Approach Versus Flow Diverter for Unruptured Intracranial Wide-neck Bifurcation Aneurysms: a Prospective International Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study (FD-BWA Study)
Brief Summary:
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare whether the traditional approach (stent-assisted coiling) is associated with a lower complication rate than flow diverter (Pipeline™) treatment for unruptured intracranial wide-neck bifurcation aneurysms. It will also evaluate the long-term imaging outcomes and safety of both treatments. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Does the traditional approach result in a lower rate of any stroke or all-cause death within one year after treatment compared to the flow diverter?
* What medical problems do participants experience during and after each treatment?
* What are the imaging cure and stability rates at 1, 2, and 5 years after treatment?
Researchers will compare the traditional approach (stent-assisted coiling) with the flow diverter (Pipeline™) to determine which treatment has better safety and efficacy outcomes.
Participants will:
* Be randomly assigned to receive either the flow diverter or traditional stent-assisted coiling
* Undergo the assigned endovascular procedure
* Return for follow-up visits at 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years after surgery for clinical assessments and imaging examinations (DSA, MRA, or CTA)
/ RecruitingNot Applicable High-Frequency Oscillation Ventilation Versus Conventional Mechanical Ventilation in Very Preterm Infants With Perinatal Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome: Multicenters Randomized Controlled, Superiority Trial
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a complex disorder and remains the most common complication in very preterm infants. Its incidence is increased with gestational age from 95.5% among infants born at 22 weeks' gestation to 22.2% among those born at 29 weeks' gestation. BPD is associated with the increased risks of delayed neurodevelopment and pulmonary impairment. High incidences of BPD and morbidities indicate inadequacy of current management guidelines of BPD.3 Caffeine reduces the development of BPD by lowering the duration of intubation.4 How to further reduce the risk of BPD and the duration of invasive ventilation remain the key focus for neonatologists.
/ RecruitingNot ApplicableIIT Motor-Cognitive Interactive Upper Limb Rehabilitation Robot Intervention for Post-Stroke Motor Dysfunction: A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study
This study aims to investigate the effects of motor-cognitive interactive robot-assisted training on improving upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke. By observing different combinations of motor and cognitive components in the training, the study will clarify the relationship between the proportion of motor and cognitive elements and the recovery of upper limb motor function. The goal is to optimize the training protocol for upper limb rehabilitation robots and enhance their therapeutic outcomes.
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: motor-cognitive interactive robot-assisted training, motor-focused robot-assisted training, or conventional rehabilitation training. Training sessions will last 60 minutes, occur 5 times per week, and continue for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in upper limb function and monitor for any adverse events during the training.
