By observing the in vivo time course of nizatidine in healthy adult males after single-dose oral crossover of the test preparation and reference preparation of nizatidine capsules provided by Shantou Special Economic Zone Qibin Pharmaceutical Factory on an empty stomach or after eating a high-fat test meal, its pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated, the relative bioavailability of the test preparation was evaluated, and whether the test preparation and the reference preparation were bioequivalent in humans was determined to guide clinical drug use.
