Main study objectives: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose (fasting/postprandial) of 5 mg of the test preparation buspirone hydrochloride tablets and the reference preparation buspirone hydrochloride tablets in healthy adult Chinese participants, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting and postprandial conditions. Secondary study objectives: To evaluate the safety of a single oral dose of 5 mg (fasting/postprandial) of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy adult Chinese participants.

Through fasting and postprandial test studies, the in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics of mosapride citrate tablets (5 mg) produced by Sichuan Mei Da Kang Hua Kang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and mosapride citrate tablets (5 mg) produced by the licensed manufacturer Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd. under fasting and postprandial oral administration conditions were investigated, and the bioequivalence and safety of the two preparations were evaluated.

Voriconazole for injection developed by Sichuan Meida Kanghuakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the test preparation, and voriconazole for injection (trade name: Weifan®) was used as the reference preparation to compare the safety and bioequivalence of the two preparations in healthy Chinese subjects.
