Main purpose: Azithromycin granules (II) produced by Shenyang Jinlong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (specification: 0.1 g) were used as the test preparation, and azithromycin dry suspension produced by Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (specification: 0.1 g, trade name: Xi Shumei®) is the reference preparation. The human bioequivalence of the two preparations in fasting and postprandial states was evaluated through a single-center, randomized, open-label, single-dose, three-cycle and semi-repeated crossover clinical study. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and reference preparation in Chinese healthy subjects.
