Objective: Based on industrialized production, the researcher developed pramipexole hydrochloride extended-release tablets to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency while maintaining the same quality as the original products. Method: All excipients are from domestic excipients. The most efficient direct compression technol. in tablet production is adopted, and the formulation is optimized by orthogonal test method. Results: The formulation contains pramipexole hydrochloride 0.375 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 130 mg, hypromellose 105 mg, carbomer homopolymer 10 mg, silicon dioxide 1.0 mg, magnesium stearate 2.0 mg. The release profile of the obtained extended-release tablets is similar to the original products. Conclusion: The formulation is reasonable, the process is simple, and it is suitable for industrial production
