The primary objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. The secondary objectives were to evaluate the effectiveness of Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in symptom control and quality of life improvement in patients with reflux esophagitis; to evaluate the safety of Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis; and to evaluate the population pharmacokinetics of Anaprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in subjects with reflux esophagitis after oral administration. The exploratory objective was to explore the effects of genetic polymorphisms of drug-metabolizing enzymes on drug exposure and/or efficacy.
