Main research purpose: This study investigates the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of 0.8g of Pidotimod tablets (test preparation, specification: 0.4g) produced by Sunstone (Tangshan) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. or 0.8g of Pidotimod granules (reference preparation, trade name: AXIL®, specification: 0.8g) produced by POLICHEM S.R.L. under fasting conditions, compares their relative bioavailability, evaluates the bioequivalence between the two preparations, and provides a basis for the consistency evaluation of the test preparation. Secondary research purpose: To investigate safety.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of methylergonovine maleate injection in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, using oxytocin as a control.

Using Leonurus Capsules as a control, this study preliminarily evaluated the efficacy and safety of methylergonovine maleate tablets in the treatment of postpartum bloody lochia caused by incomplete uterine involution, and explored the optimal effective dose.
