Main study objectives To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation Vonoprazan fumarate tablets (specification: 20 mg, Kunming Yuanrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Vonoprazan fumarate tablets (trade name: Walker®, specification: 20 mg, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited) in healthy adult subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary study objectives To evaluate the safety of the test preparation (T) Vonoprazan fumarate tablets and the reference preparation (R) Vonoprazan fumarate tablets (Walker®) after a single oral administration in healthy subjects after fasting and feeding.

Main purpose: Using pharmacokinetic parameters as the primary endpoint evaluation indicators, the pharmacokinetic behavior of the test preparation Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets (8:1) (manufacturer: Kunming Yuanrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets (8:1) (licensed by GlaxoSmithKline S.p.A, trade name: Augmentin®) in healthy subjects after oral administration in the fasting/postprandial state was compared to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets (8:1) and the reference preparation Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Tablets (8:1) in healthy subjects.

main purpose: To study the effects of the test preparation (200 mg, Kunming Yuanrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation (200 mg, Celecox®; license holder: ヴィアトリス Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) after single oral administration of celecoxib tablets in the fasting and postprandial states. Pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of Lexoxib in Chinese healthy subjects to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two oral formulations in fasting and postprandial states. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the safety of the test preparation and reference preparation of celecoxib tablets after single oral administration in Chinese healthy subjects.
