The objective of the non-interventional study is to compare the quality of life, health care resource use and costs between the use of a combination of oxycodone and naloxone (Targiniq) versus oxycodone and laxatives for patients with severe pain, and to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of treatment with Targiniq.

The primary objective in this pilot study is to explore if asthma patients prescribed fixed dose combinations (budenosid/formoterol (Symbicort®), salmeterol/fluticasone (Seretide®), beclometasone/formoterol (Innovair®) are optimal treated regarding the mannitol challenge test and the following reversibility test.
The primary endpoint is to identify asthma patients responding positive or negative to the mannitol challenge test and/or the reversibility test.
The hypothesis is that not all patients are well treated.

An open label, multi-centre, prospective age-group-controlled study to evaluate efficacy and safety of buprenorphine transdermal patches in subjects with chronic, moderate to severe osteoarthritis pain of the hip and/or knee.
