主要目的：评估在健康成年受试者中单次外用不同剂量WS-0101，接受不同光功率密度照射后的安全性与耐受性。次要目的：评价在健康成年受试者中单次外用不同剂量WS-0101后的PK特性。通过器械缺陷的发生率评价半导体激光治疗仪的安全性。
