Primary Objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of the test formulation vonoprazan fumarate tablets (20 mg, manufactured by Shandong Fangming Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation vonoprazan fumarate tablets (20 mg, manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, trade name: Walker®) in healthy subjects after oral administration under postprandial conditions, using pharmacokinetic parameters as the primary endpoint. Secondary Objective: To observe the safety of the test formulation vonoprazan fumarate tablets and the reference formulation vonoprazan fumarate tablets in healthy subjects.

The study evaluated the pharmacokinetic characteristics of two formulations by administering a single oral dose of gliclazide extended-release tablets (test formulation T, strength: 30 mg) provided by Shandong Fangming Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., and a single oral dose of gliclazide extended-release tablets (reference formulation R, trade name: Diamicron®, strength: 30 mg) certified by Servier (Tianjin) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., under both fasting and postprandial conditions. This evaluation aims to provide a basis for the registration application of the test formulation.

Primary Objective: To compare the extent and rate of absorption of crisaborole ointment (2% (30g: 0.6g)) provided by Shandong Fangming Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and licensed crisaborole ointment (trade name: Staquis®; strength: 20mg crisaborole (2%) per gram) from Anacor Pharmaceuticals, LLC, under fasting conditions in healthy Chinese subjects and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the safety and skin irritation of the test and reference formulations in healthy Chinese subjects under fasting conditions.
