Healthy Chinese subjects were used as test subjects. Self-crossover control was used to determine the time course of donepezil plasma concentration in healthy subjects after administration of donepezil hydrochloride tablets developed by Tairong (Fujian) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated. Aricept® produced by Eisai (China) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. was used as a reference to investigate the bioavailability of the test preparation, and to evaluate the bioequivalence between preparations and their safety in healthy Chinese subjects.
